How do the savings work?
Every device has one honest price. Buy any 2 devices and save 15% on your order, or 3 or more and save 20%. It applies automatically in your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 5 to 10 business days, with tracking.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@lumahour.com for a refund. Devices should be returned with their accessories. Return shipping is free if the device is faulty or not what you ordered.
What does the warranty cover?
If your device stops working through normal use within a year, we replace it. Email support@lumahour.com with your order number.
Where do you ship?
Currently within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@lumahour.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best before it ships.
