Shipping

Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Delivery time
Orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days from the day you order. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email support@lumahour.com with your order number and we will sort it out. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Changing your address or order
Email support@lumahour.com within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best to make the change before your order ships.
