• You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
• Use it properly at home. You do not have to return it unopened.
• Email support@lumahour.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
• Send the device back with its charger.
• If the device is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, we send you a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by you.
• We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

1-year warranty

• If a device stops working through normal use within a year of delivery, we replace it.
• Email support@lumahour.com with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem.
• The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water, or using a charger that is not suitable.

Shipping

• Free, tracked shipping within the United States.
• Orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
• If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email us and we will sort it out.
