Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any device for a full refund. You can use it first. It does not have to be unopened.

How to return a device
1. Email support@lumahour.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually within one business day.
2. Send the device back with its charger and accessories. Please email us before sending anything, so we can match your return to your order.

Return shipping
If your device is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, we send you a prepaid return label. For any other return, return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return, and we email you when it is done. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Orders with a multi-device discount
If you return part of an order that received a multi-device discount, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned device.

Warranty
Every device has a 1-year warranty. If it stops working through normal use within a year of delivery, email support@lumahour.com with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem, and we will replace it. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water or an unsuitable charger.

Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the device for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
